Power Yoga 200Hr Power Yoga Teacher Training

Instructing Power Yoga (Vinyasa Yoga) is the most rewarding and enjoyable jobs available. As a Power Yoga instructor you come into peoples lives daily, weekly or monthly and offer them a break from their everyday drama and stress through breath and movement from within the body. You create an atmosphere of acceptance, growth and renewal for each student to tap into their body, mind and ultimately spirit. You challenge each individual to create breakthroughs as opposed to breakdowns.

Our Power Yoga 200 teacher training offers prospective instructors and students seeking a deeper understanding of yoga, an intimate and nurturing environment in which to learn, grow and evolve as teachers and individuals. Teaching Power Yoga is simply the sharing of knowledge and experience. The Teacher Training will deepen your current Yoga practice and allow you to develop your "inner teacher".  While we be learning 5 set Power yoga (vinyasa yoga) sequences, we encourage each student to develop their own sense of Yoga and work to establish their own teaching style. It is our goal to provide knowledge, guidance and support, to provide the spark each student requires to build their fire. Whether your goal is to deepen your current Yoga practice or to become a full time yoga instructor this program will provide you a solid foundation.

This course is not a "Hot Yoga" certification, most of the heat we use is an internal heat created through pranayama and movement. We stoke the internal fire to ignite the spirit and burn toxins from the body and mind. With that said several students who have graduated from this course have gone on to instruct "Hot Power Yoga" or "Hot Flow" classes. Again this course is open minded and fluid to whatever your preferences and teaching styles might lead. Our sole purpose is to deepen your current practice and then facilitate you in discovering your teaching style whatever that may be. There will be a few set sequences in which we will practice and breakdown, however we encourage all students to express their own creativity and practice, teach and play with their own sequences and styles.
