Athlete Conditioning

The POWER Center Athlete conditioning programs will be based on an initial movement-and-needs analysis of each individual athlete and their sport. This analysis will highlight what strengths and weaknesses exist and what physical attributes will provide the foundation necessary for proper skill execution and performance. Our conditioning programs focus on development of the complete athlete, including physical training for all of the bodies muscle groups as well as mental and emotional training to optimize the performance contusive to the dynamic nature of sport and life. Our coaches have been certified from Twist conditioning and are also experienced athletes and coaches from various sports. We offer individual and team training for various sports and occupations.

Each session will include proper development of strength, power, speed, agility, core, balance, flexibility and mental toughness. The functional training done during each session ensures that the off- ice/field/court training will enhance athlete’s sport performance, making effective use of time and money.
