This 45-60 minute class utilizes the newest trends in elite athlete conditioning, boot-camp drills, calisthenics, cross-fit, plyometrics, and Power Yoga combined with the most amazing machine on earth; the human body.

This boot camp uses various drills and techniques designed to:

  • Increase cardiovascular fitness
  • Increase range of motion and joint stability,
  • Build strength and stamina, detoxify and tone,
  • Improve functional fitness level for all sports, recreation and life.

No gym memberships or fancy equipment required.

Enjoy the outdoors, meet new people, and sweat in a fun and motivating environment. We provide all the equipment (it changes everyday). We bring Swiss balls, medicine balls, kettle bells, ladders, cones, hurdles, ropes, resistance bands, and etc.

We only require participants to provide:

  • Good attitude and strong work ethic

  • 5-10 lb dumb bells depending on your fitness level

  • Water
  • All fitness levels welcome.

Each session is 4 weeks in length.
